On this morning
A blustery wind was driving the clouds quickly across the sky this morning and with rain forecast I started my shoot with the earliest light. Smeeton’s pier gave me my first location with a great view across St Ives Bay with long exposure turning the sea a shimmering silver and streaking the clouds. The light was dancing off the wet sands in between the waves rushing up toward me as I moved off the pier, with just a hint of pink glimpsed through the thickening clouds. There are some lovely winter mood photographs to choose from today, they would look great in one of our silver frames.
